  8. 3 green chillies
  9. 1 bunch coriander leaveschopped
  10. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  11. 1 dry red chilli
  12. 1 pod green cardamom
  13. 2 cloves
  14. 1 small stick cinnamon
  15. 1 tablespoon dhaniya powder
  16. 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  17. To taste salt and sugar
  18. As needed oil
  19. As needed water
  20. 1 teaspoon sahi jeera whole
  21. 1 bay leaf

For the curry two plump succulent tomatoes with grated ginger is fried in the oil in which the salt and turmeric marinated fish has been fried
